Siga La Vaca

Siga La Vica- a great recommendation by our Argentinian friend

Dardo Rocha 2568- Partido de San Isidro- Buenos Aires 4717-1298/1556

We were being Argentinians Saturday night. We ate at 12 midnight and didn’t get home until way past our normal Duff and Frann bed-time. Don’t matter if this way of eating was unhealthy; this was the place to be on a Saturday night, immersed in their culture. When we got to the restaurant, it was packed and there was a waiting list. We had to wait around 40 minutes for our table. Unbelievable for the rest of the world though, there were kids waiting in the parlor, kids at the table chomping down meat, kids everywhere— at past midnight and even when we finished eating at 2!

Restaurant Critic: All-you-can-eat! Meat, salad bar, non-alcoholic drinks, all for less than 20 dollars/person. We love it!

  • great interactive get-your-own grilled meat: sausages, beef of all parts, chicken, pork, lamb and my recent favorite blood sausages, Morcillas.
  • unlimited salad bar, although the meat was too overwhelming that we could care less of green goodies.
  • unlimited non-alcoholic drinks
  • one great choice of wine
  • chimichurri dipping sauces for the meat
  • one choice of dessert and all the choices were amazing. He had molten chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream. I had almond crusted ice cream. I loved the almond crusted ice cream, the nutty flavor of the ice cream blew me away.

  • belly too full at 2 am
  • meat out
  • did i say TOO FULL?
