Which one?

In this city that sells heaps of peanuts, and various chocolates with peanut filling, it is strange that there isn’t a food culture of peanut butter. Since my other half loves his daily scoop of peanut butter; I am always keeping an eye on supermarkets that sells peanut butter. Too bad I haven’t yet found peanut butter that has crunchy peanut bits.

There are two kinds- Chinese kind and the brand, La Campiña.

The Chinese one is not visually appealing, although the ingredients are cleaner: peanut butter and vegetable oil. It is a great buy for cooking, baking or secretly putting it in someone’s peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Price: 16 pesos

La Campiña is creamier, a good spread, although it has other ingredients: sugar, salt, etc. Price: 12 pesos
