Sushi Chef, Takashi Iwaide was trained in Japanese and French style cooking; he grew up in Japan, worked in the restaurants at Ottawa and in the recent year, moved here with his family. He generously offered a Japanese cooking demonstration, with a sit-down lunch for a group, a great price of 120 pesos each ($30). I was drooling with joy the whole time. Two thumbs up. I can’t wait to try his French cooking. FYI: He caters 🙂
